How to Apply
Your first step at Grants.gov is to find the funding announcement. You can search under the CFDA number 11.429
Register
In order to apply for a grant, you and/or your organization must first complete the registration process:
- Applicants who are adding a new organization profile must first ensure that they have a UEI (SAM) and that their organization is fully registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), if you already have a SAM, you do not need to register another SAM
- Register as an applicant (create a user account) with Grants.gov, if you already have a Grants.gov account, you do not need to register another account
Apply for Grant
- Download a grant application package from Grants.gov
- Complete the grant application package
- Submit the completed grant application package by uploading to Grants.gov, the upload is automatically date & time-stamped for submission in the system after a successful upload.
- Track the status of your submitted grant application package on Grants.gov
