Benwood Wreck

Benwood was built in England in 1910 and sank in 1942 when it collided with another ship. It now rests between French Reef and Dixie Shoals in Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. The remains of the ship provide structure for colonization by marine life like soft corals, sponges, and algae, and also attract an array of fish.
